NYC Airport Transfers

Home Services NYC Airport Transfers

Rodriguez Luxury Cars runs flat-rate airport transfers between New York City and JFK, LaGuardia and Newark. Rates start at $105 in a Business Sedan and include tolls, standard gratuity, meet-and-greet inside the terminal and 60 minutes of complimentary wait time. Every flight is tracked, so a delay moves the pickup automatically.

Why airport work is priced as a flat rate

An airport transfer is the one journey where a fixed price genuinely changes who carries the risk. Book on a meter and a bad afternoon on the Van Wyck is your problem. Book a flat rate and it is ours.

That is not a small distinction on a route where the difference between the best and worst case is forty-five minutes. It is also why every serious operator in this city flat-rates airport work and quotes hourly only for charters.

Our published figures include tolls and standard gratuity, which is less common in this industry than it should be. A bare rate plus twenty per cent plus tolls is a materially different number from the one on the booking page.

Meet-and-greet versus curbside

Meet-and-greet is the default. Your chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal, waits at baggage claim with a name placard, and takes the bags to the car. On an international arrival after a long flight, this is the part clients remember.

Curbside is the alternative and it is quicker if you are travelling light and know the airport. We text you the exact meeting point as you land rather than leaving you to find a lane number.

At LaGuardia in particular, meet-and-greet is genuinely faster than curbside, because the rebuilt terminals put for-hire pickup well away from the arrivals doors. It is one of the few airports where the convenient option is also the quick one.

Flight tracking, and what happens when things slip

Your flight number is monitored from the moment you book. A delay, an early landing or a diversion moves the pickup without anybody having to call anybody.

The sixty minutes of complimentary wait time — ninety on a Sprinter booking — starts when the aircraft actually lands, not when it was scheduled to. There is no charge for a delay outside your control.

For separate-ticket itineraries, where a missed connection is your problem rather than the airline's, we track both legs and hold the car. This is the situation where a rideshare booking fails most expensively.

Frequently asked questions

From $105 in a Business Sedan, depending on the airport and where you are travelling from. Manhattan to JFK is $165, to LaGuardia $135 and to Newark $175. All figures include tolls, gratuity and wait time.

Yes, that is the default. Your chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name placard and takes your luggage to the car. Curbside pickup is available if you would rather head straight out.

We track it and move the pickup automatically. Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time begins when you land rather than when you were scheduled to, and there is no charge for a delay outside your control.

JFK, LaGuardia and Newark as standard, plus Teterboro and Westchester County for private aviation. We also run inter-airport transfers between all three.

Yes, on every airport rate we publish. This matters most on Newark transfers, which pick up a Hudson River crossing toll, the New Jersey Turnpike and an airport access fee along the way.
